Job Application Steps

  1. Applicants visit the website https://work.rmu.ac.th and select the "Apply for a Job" menu.
  2. Select the desired job position to apply for.
  3. Enter the applicant's general information.
  4. Enter the applicant's educational background.
  5. Attach the required electronic files as specified.
  6. Check the box to accept the terms and conditions of the job application.
  7. Click the "Save Application Information" button.
  8. Print the Payment slip for paying the application fee for the competitive examination.
  9. Check the status of the competitive examination application the next day.
  10. Print the competitive examination admission card.

Documents and Evidence Required for Application

Applicants must attach electronic files of supporting documents, with copies certified as true and signed by the applicant on each document as follows:
  1. A copy of the degree certificate or qualification certificate (1 copy).
    For recent graduates, a qualification certificate showing that the applicant has graduated may be used instead. The certificate must specify the date of graduation within the application deadline.
  2. A copy of the transcript (1 copy).
  3. A copy of the ID card (1 copy).
  4. A straight-faced photo, 1-inch size, taken within the last 6 months.
  5. A copy of English language test results meeting the minimum required score (if applicable) *This applies to teaching positions only.
  6. A certificate of passing the general knowledge examination (Part K) from the Office of the Civil Service Commission (if applicable).
  7. Proof or documents showing that the applicant meets the qualifications specified in the job announcement details.
Applicants are required to attach complete copies of the required documents as specified.

Applicants can make payments via ATM, Internet Banking, or Mobile Banking through the following service providers:



Applicants are encouraged to make payments by scanning the QR code or barcode through a mobile application.
Applicants who make payments by scanning the QR code or barcode through a mobile application are not required to submit a payment slip.


Precautions

  1. The first and last name you enter in the "online application form" must match the name on your identification card.
  2. Please ensure that your identification number is correct, as it will be used as your reference number throughout the examination process.
  3. The information entered in the application form must be accurate and truthful in every respect. Therefore, please review your information carefully before clicking the [Submit Application] button. Once you submit the application, you will not be able to edit the information. If there are any errors due to incorrect data entry on your part, the application will be considered invalid. Additionally, if it is found that you do not meet the qualifications you stated or lack any required qualifications as per the announcement, you will be deemed ineligible and will not be able to make any claims.
Providing false information and submitting fake documents is a violation of the Computer Crime Act. Providing information for online job applications in the system of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University is considered as signing and certifying the accuracy of the information under the Electronic Transactions Act, B.E. 2544. If you intentionally provide false information, you may be subject to criminal charges for making false statements to officials under Section 177 of the Penal Code.
